A buyer picked up an “exquisite” double-fronted residence in Little Venice, which was asking nearly
£14mn. The 6,341 sq ft example on the east side of Park Place Villas is one of only a handful of detached houses in the neighbourhood with off-street parking and a swimming pool – and attracted interest from “multiple” parties.
Launched last year, the five-bed freehold was billed as “a true embodiment of luxurious living”, with particulars highlighting the grand proportions, top-end finish and spa complex with 14-metre pool, Jacuzzi, and steam room.
