A buyer has picked up an “exquisite” double-fronted residence in Little Venice, which was asking nearly £14mn.

The 6,341 sq ft example on the east side of Park Place Villas is one of only a handful of detachedhouses in the neighbourhood with off-street parking and a swimming pool – and attracted interest from “multiple” parties. Launched last year, the five-bed freehold was billed as “a true embodiment of luxurious living”, with particulars highlighting the grand proportions, top-end finish and spa complex with 14-metre pool, Jacuzzi, and steam room. The family kitchen was described a “culinary enthusiast’s dream”, and the landscaped gardens camewith an outdoor kitchen and dining area with a wood-fired pizza oven “Every corner of the house reflects meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship,” said locally-based boutique agency Ian Green Residential, which handled the sale.
