One of the standout properties on Hamilton Terrace, a near-8,000 sq ft detached townhouse, was tucked away after launching onto the market over the summer at £22mn.Low-built and double-fronted, the handsome six-bed home had become available for the
first time in 30 years and came with a west-facing garden and off-street parking. Local agency Ian Green Residential did the deal; the agency’s founder, Ian Green, described the listing as “unique…not only one of the prettiest houses on the road, but also being one of only a handful of lateral houses on a road mainly made up of tall Victorian & Georgian properties.”
