A buyer has picked up an “exquisite” double-fronted residence in Little Venice, which was asking nearly £14mn.

The family kitchen was described a “culinary enthusiast’s dream”, and the landscaped gardens camewith an outdoor kitchen and dining area with a wood-fired pizza oven “Every corner of the house reflects meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship,” said locally-based boutique agency Ian Green Residential, which handled the sale.
